Dear 2nd Global Think Tank Town Hall Participant:
This note is to confirm that you are formally registered for the From Solidarity to Solutions to Save Lives and Livelihoods on May 13th. Help mobilize the global think tank community to respond to the COVID Crisis with concrete action oriented programs and proposals within 30-45 days of the meeting on May 13th. 80 think tanks from around the world have agreed to help spearhead this effort (see list below) to support the policymakers and health care professionals who are on the front lines of this crisis and the elderly, poor and vulnerable who are suffering through it. They need our ideas and action and we must do everything in our power to respond.
Please encourage your staff and the think tanks in your network to join the meeting. Encourage them to do 4 things:
1. Register for the Global Think Tank Town Hall using this link
2. Register for a Working Group
3. Share what you see as the top three policy issues your country will face in the next 10-12 months.
4. The Planning Committee is committed to making the Town Hall as inclusive as possible so please share the names and email addresses of think tanks in your country and region that we should include in this global effort to Save Lives and Livelihoods
Please join with us as we come together on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 8:30-10:00am EDST for the 2nd Global Think Tank Town Hall as the global community of think tanks will forge the plans and partnerships that will help lead us out of this crisis.
